Treatment

External Applications

Any of the following applications may be applied on the affected part. 

1. Taila Siddha with seed of Guñjā (wild liquorice). 

2. Taila Siddha with Kalka of equal part of leaf of Jātī (jasmine), seed of Karañja Indian beach), bark of Varuṇa, and roots of Karavīra (oleander) and Citraka (leadwort). 

3. Japā-Kusuma Taila. 

4. Lepa (plaster) of fruit rind of Āmalakī (embelic myrobalan) and decorticated seed of Āmra (mango) in water. 

5. Lepa (plaster) of Bhasma of Hastidanta (elephant tusk) with Rasāñjana in water or in goat’s milk.
